How we handle client data.

Who sees what.
Your clients see their own booking, their own estimate and the messages sent to them. They never see your costs, your markups or anyone else's record.
You see everything in your own dashboard and your own Jobber account. We see what we need to build and support the system, and your clients' payment details go straight to the card processor, never to us.
What the AI does on its own, and what goes to you.
The website assistant replies to visitors on its own. It answers questions from the answers you approved, and it goes on your site only after you have read every one. Anything that would commit you, such as a quote, a price you have not published or a change to a booking, goes to you.
The quote assistant proposes lines. Every line it touches is marked for your review, and only you send the quote.
Your accounts and your records.
Your Jobber account and your domain are in your name. Your client records are yours: they live in your Jobber account and your dashboard, and if you ever leave, we export them to you. The access we use to your Jobber account is a connection you authorized and can revoke.
