Scope of work

What we install, what we leave out, and how we decide.

Every build starts with a written scope like this one. Yours covers the same items, sized to how your business runs.

Installed

What gets installed.

  1. Business line and AI receptionist

A dedicated number for the business. The receptionist answers every call at any hour, qualifies the job, and books it.

  2. Two-way texting

Clients text the business number and get an answer. Every caller you miss gets a text back right away.

  3. CRM and pipeline

Every lead, client, and job in one place, with a stage that shows where each one stands.

  4. Calendar

Online booking, confirmations, and reminders on one calendar your team shares.

  5. Estimates and invoicing

Estimates priced from your rate sheet, and invoices your clients can pay online.

  6. Review requests

A review request after every completed job. Negative feedback comes to you first.

  7. Website and forms

A site that quotes or books on its own, with forms that write straight into your CRM.

  8. Monday report

A summary every Monday morning covering calls, jobs booked, estimates sent, revenue, and what needs you.

Not included

What is not included.

  • We do not run your ads.
  • We do not replace your accountant.

How we decide

How we decide what to build.

  1. The system of record comes first.
  2. We build the tools before the front end.
  3. Nothing gets built that does not write back to the one system.

We do not build what the business does not need. If fixing a process saves more time than software, we say so, and if the smaller tier is enough, we tell you.

Questions

Questions owners ask.

Will the receptionist sound like a robot?

It is an AI, and some callers will notice. We write its script in your words and test it on real calls before handoff, so it answers the way your business would. Any call it should not handle, such as an emergency or a caller who asks for you, goes straight to you.

Can I set this up myself?

Yes. The tools are available to anyone, and you can set them up yourself. What we add is one system that every tool writes back to, set up in your words, tested before handoff, and kept running month to month.

Do I still need a person answering the phone?

Not for most calls. The receptionist answers, books, and texts back at any hour. You still need a person for the calls it hands off, such as an emergency or an unhappy client, and those reach you with the details already written down.

What if I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Then you keep it. If a tool you run does the job, it stays your system of record. We build the receptionist, follow-up, website, and reporting around it so everything writes back to it.
